If during the 14 days upon receipt of the order the customer wishes to return the product, our Service Department the customer will perform the necessary steps to arranging the return under the following conditions: 
  1. Products must be returned in its packaging and original condition. The client will have of 14 working days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract without incurring any penalty or any expenditure. With the exception of the resulting from the transport of products to our premises.
  2. Products defective, damaged or incorrect.
